Delivery & Refund Policy

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which confirms your order number, item purchased and delivery address. Please ensure that you’re checking the correct email address you used to make your purchase with and check it hasn’t been filtered into your spam/junk mail.

Where is my Package

We do overnight delivery for orders under 2 kg to Main Centres. 2-4 Working days on all other orders. Please note that the above time frames are stipulated by the delivery companies that we use for delivering our products. On the rare occasion, there are delays, delivery duration may extend beyond these expected time frames.

If you wish to make a complaint about your product not reaching you within indicated time frame, please contact the delivery company in charge of delivering your parcel (this will be found in your delivery confirmation email which will be sent once your order is dispatched) – this will be a much more efficient way of tracking down your parcel and working out why it is delayed. Please do email us if you have contacted the delivery company and are still having difficulties with your order. 

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver anywhere within South Africa. At this time we do not deliver outside of South Africa.


If you change your mind, you can return your order within 5 days of purchase to our warehouse for a full refund. Please note, that returns must be unopened and in the original packaging
